- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🍶 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup

Make shallow cuts on the sausages to allow them to cook evenly.
Blanch the sausages in boiling water briefly to remove excess grease and enhance the cuts.
