INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 135g Vienna sausages
- 🧄 10 cloves garlic
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 2 bell peppers (red and yellow)
- 1/2 stalk green onion (white part)
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of pepper
- 🧂 1-2 pinches of salt
- 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
PASSOS
Slice sausages with shallow cuts, chop garlic into slices, dice bell peppers and onion into cubes, and cut green onion into chunks.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and sauté garlic until golden.
Add green onion and stir-fry briefly.
Add sausages and stir-fry until they start to open up.
Add bell peppers and onion, stir-frying on high heat.
Add oyster sauce and pepper, mixing well.
Turn off the heat, add sesame oil, and mix thoroughly.
Season with salt and sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.
