INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🍄 5 king oyster mushrooms
- 2 green chilies
- 2 red chilies
- 💧 2/3 cup water
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
PASSOS
Slice the king oyster mushrooms into 1cm thick pieces. Cut the green and red chilies diagonally. If green chilies are too spicy, substitute with mild chilies or omit.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl until well combined. You can use minced garlic or slice it thinly for a different texture.
Place the mushrooms in a pan and add 2/3 cup of water. Pour the prepared seasoning mixture over the mushrooms and cook on high heat until boiling, then reduce to medium heat.
Simmer until the sauce thickens, then add the green and red chilies. Stir well to combine.
