INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🍄 1.5 king oyster mushrooms
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🧄 5 cloves garlic
- 2-3 chili peppers
Condiments
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 cup water
PASSOS
Slice the king oyster mushrooms and onion into appropriate sizes.
Slice the chili peppers and garlic into thin pieces.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the garlic first.
Add the onion and mushrooms to the pan and stir-fry.
Add 1 tbsp oyster sauce and 1/2 cup water to the pan.
Add the chili peppers and stir-fry briefly to finish.
