INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🍄 3 king oyster mushrooms
- 🧅 A small amount of green onion
- 1 red chili
- 🧈 1 tbsp butter
- A small amount of sesame seeds
Seasoning
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp corn syrup
- 💧 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
PASSOS
Wash and prepare all ingredients.
Slice king oyster mushrooms into 0.5cm thick pieces.
Chop green onion and red chili finely.
Mix all seasoning ingredients to create the sauce, then add green onion and chili to the sauce.
Heat butter in a pan until melted.
Pan-fry the mushroom slices until golden brown on both sides.
Add the sauce to the pan and simmer on low heat.
Flip the mushrooms occasionally while simmering to coat evenly.
Sprinkle sesame seeds generously over the dish before serving.
Serve the dish warm over rice or as a side dish.
