- 🧅 1 green onion

- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp doenjang (fermented soybean paste)
PASSOS
Boil water and add 1 tbsp of salt.
Clean and prepare the spinach, then add it to the boiling water.
Blanch the spinach for 1 minute, stirring to ensure even cooking.
Drain the spinach and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
Combine all seasonings in a bowl, then add the drained spinach.
Mix the spinach and seasonings until evenly coated.
