- 🦪 50g baby scallops

- 1 piece julienned ginger
- 🧅 Chopped green onion to taste

- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder

Julienne the ginger.

Add soaked rice, seasonings, and water to the rice cooker up to the 1-cup mark. Mix well and flatten the rice. Place scallops and ginger on top and start the rice cooker.
