INGREDIENTES
Seafood
- 40g canned scallops
- 🦐 16 peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
Bread
- 🍞 8 slices of French bread
Spices
- Chili powder, to taste
Herbs
- 8 sprigs of Italian parsley
Sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 🍋 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 🧄 A pinch of grated garlic
PASSOS
Mince the onion and soak in water for 5 minutes, then drain.
Slice the French bread diagonally into 1cm slices and toast for 2-3 minutes until crispy.
Drain the canned scallops.
Boil water in a small pot, add shrimp, and cook until they turn pink. Remove and let cool.
In a bowl, mix the onion, scallops, shrimp, and the sauce ingredients (mayonnaise, ketchup, lemon juice, garlic).
Top the toasted bread slices with the mixture, sprinkle chili powder, and garnish with Italian parsley.
