INGREDIENTES

- 🦪 100g boiled scallops
Vegetables
- 🥔 1 potato (150g), peeled and cut
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, crushed

- 150cc olive oil
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sliced chili
PASSOS
Cut the potato into bite-sized pieces, soak in water briefly, and drain. Place the potato in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3–4 minutes until soft. Drain the water. Cut the garlic in half lengthwise, remove the core, and crush with the flat side of a knife.
In a pot, add olive oil, garlic, salt, and chili. Heat on low until fragrant. Add the scallops and simmer over medium heat. Once bubbling, add the potato and mix briefly. Simmer for a short time.
