INGREDIENTES

- 🐟 150g sashimi-grade sea bream
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 piece new onion, thinly sliced
Sauce
- 🌿 3 sprigs chopped parsley
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🍋 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- A pinch of pepper
PASSOS
Thinly slice the onion and soak it in water for 5 minutes. Drain the water. Cut the sea bream into bite-sized pieces using a slanted slicing technique.
In a bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients (parsley, salt, lemon juice, olive oil, and pepper) thoroughly.
