Nori Cream Sauce
- 1 sheet roasted nori
- 🥛 100ml unsweetened soy milk
- 🧈 10g butter
- 🥛 A dash of fresh cream
- A pinch of granulated consomme
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
PASSOS
Season the sea bream fillet with salt and pepper.
Pan-fry the sea bream fillet in olive oil until golden and cooked through.
Prepare the side vegetables by boiling broccoli, asparagus, and zucchini until tender.
Arrange the side vegetables, cherry tomatoes, and parsley on the plate.
For the nori cream sauce, melt butter in a pan, add soy milk, and stir in the roasted nori.
Add fresh cream, consomme, and salt and pepper to the sauce. Simmer until slightly thickened.
