- 🦐 80g peeled shrimp
- 🐙 100g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 1 head bok choy (100g)
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Seasonings
- 150cc olive oil
- Sliced chili to taste
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
PASSOS
Cut bok choy into 3cm wide pieces and slice the base into wedges. Halve the garlic lengthwise, remove the core, and crush with the flat side of a knife.
Pat dry the peeled shrimp and cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
In a pot, heat olive oil, garlic, chili, and salt over low heat. Once fragrant, add shrimp, octopus, and bok choy. Simmer over medium heat for 3–5 minutes until the shrimp changes color.
