INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
- 🧅 1/4 stalk green onion, minced
Seafood
- 🦐 200g seafood mix
Seasonings
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- A dash of black pepper
- 1 tbsp sake
Oils
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Thickening Agent
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 💧 1 tbsp water
PASSOS
Separate broccoli into small florets and microwave in a heatproof container covered with plastic wrap for 2 minutes at 600W.
Mince the green onion finely.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and sauté minced green onion, grated ginger, and grated garlic over low heat until fragrant.
Add seafood mix and microwaved broccoli to the pan and stir-fry over medium heat.
Add chicken stock powder, sake, salt, and black pepper to the pan and continue stir-frying.
Pour in the cornstarch slurry (cornstarch mixed with water) and stir until the sauce thickens. Add sesame oil and mix well.
