INGREDIENTES

- 🦐 80g peeled shrimp
- 🐙 100g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 white part of leek
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Seasonings
- 150cc olive oil
- Sliced chili to taste
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
PASSOS
Cut the leek into 2cm pieces. Halve the garlic lengthwise, remove the core, and crush it with the flat side of a knife.
Pat dry the peeled shrimp. Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
In a pot, heat olive oil, garlic, chili, and salt over low heat. Once fragrant, add shrimp, octopus, and leek. Cook over medium heat for 3–5 minutes until the shrimp changes color and the leek softens.
