- 🦐 80g peeled shrimp
- 🐙 100g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 125g pea shoots
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Seasoning
- 150cc olive oil
- Sliced chili to taste
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
PASSOS
Trim the roots of the pea shoots and cut them into bite-sized lengths. Halve the garlic lengthwise, remove the core, and crush it with the flat side of a knife.
Pat dry the peeled shrimp and cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
In a pan, heat olive oil, garlic, chili, and salt over low heat until fragrant. Add shrimp and octopus, cooking over medium heat for 2–3 minutes until the shrimp changes color. Add pea shoots and cook briefly until wilted.
