INGREDIENTES
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Seafood
- 🐟 1 pack assorted sashimi
Vegetables
- 100g lotus root
- 60g burdock root
- 🥕 30g carrot
- 5 snow peas
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 2 tsp salad oil
Egg Mixture
- 🥚 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
Sushi Vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp vinegar
Marinade
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp yuzu pepper
PASSOS
Prepare sushi vinegar by mixing sugar, salt, and vinegar. Set aside.
Cook lotus root, burdock root, carrot, and snow peas in salad oil until tender.
Mix marinade ingredients (sake, mirin, soy sauce, yuzu pepper) and marinate sashimi for 10 minutes.
Prepare egg mixture by beating egg with sugar and salt, then cook into scrambled eggs.
Combine cooked rice with sushi vinegar and mix well.
Layer rice in a serving dish, top with marinated sashimi, cooked vegetables, scrambled eggs, and sesame seeds.
