INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 1 can (70g) canned tuna in water
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), thinly sliced
- 🥬 4 leaves (120g) lettuce
- 5g dried seaweed mix
Dressing
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 💧 1 tbsp water
Topping
- 1/3 sheet roasted nori
PASSOS
Rehydrate the dried seaweed mix in a bowl with plenty of water. Drain thoroughly.
Thinly slice the onion and remove the core. Rinse in water, massage lightly, and drain. Pat dry with kitchen paper.
In a bowl, combine the dressing ingredients (vinegar, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and water), rehydrated seaweed, tuna, onion, and torn lettuce leaves. Mix well.
Serve on a plate and top with torn roasted nori.
