- 🦪 150g frozen clams with shell

- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- Pinch of sliced chili
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
PASSOS
Cut seri into bite-sized pieces and mince garlic. Boil water in a pot and cook spaghetti 1 minute less than the package instructions.
Heat olive oil, garlic, and chili in a frying pan until fragrant. Add clams and sake, cover, and steam over medium heat for 1 minute until clams open.
Add seri and spaghetti to the pan, mix well, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
