Vinegar Miso Dressing
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🍶 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🟤 1 tbsp miso
PASSOS
Boil water in a pot, add seri, and cook over medium heat until tender. Rinse under cold water and drain. Once cooled, cut seri into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix sugar, vinegar, and miso until well combined.
Add the seri to the vinegar miso dressing and mix well. Serve immediately.
