INGREDIENTES
Main
- 1 pack of frozen udon noodles
- 🐟 35g canned tuna, drained
- 12.5g kaiware sprouts
Sauce
- 2 tbsp white sesame paste
- 30cc concentrated mentsuyu (3x)
- 💧 70cc water
Toppings
- 🍅 Cherry tomatoes, as needed
- Toasted white sesame seeds, as needed
PASSOS
Trim the roots off the kaiware sprouts.
Place the frozen udon in a microwave-safe dish, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for the time indicated on the package. Rinse under cold water and drain well.
In a bowl, mix the white sesame paste, mentsuyu, and water to make the sauce.
In a serving bowl, add the sauce, followed by the udon. Top with drained tuna, kaiware sprouts, cherry tomatoes, and sprinkle with toasted white sesame seeds.
