INGREDIENTES
Noodles
- 1 pack of frozen udon noodles
Meat
- 60g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🧅 12cm (40g) green onion, sliced
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Soup Base
- 💧 200cc water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 🌰 2 tbsp ground sesame seeds
PASSOS
Slice the green onion into 3cm pieces and cut into quarters lengthwise.
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a pot over medium heat, add green onion, and cook until browned. Add pork and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add all soup base ingredients to the pot, dissolve the miso, and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Microwave the frozen udon according to package instructions, rinse under cold water, and drain.
Serve the udon and dipping soup separately in bowls.
