INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🥬 1/4 head kimchi, chopped
- 200g spam, diced or mashed
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
PASSOS
Chop the kimchi into small pieces and set aside.
Heat a frying pan and add 2 tbsp of vegetable oil.
Dice or mash the spam and add it to the pan.
Add the chopped kimchi to the pan once the spam is slightly golden.
Reduce the heat to medium and add 1 tbsp of sugar.
Add 1 tbsp of red pepper flakes.
Add 1 tbsp of soy sauce.
Add 1 tbsp of corn syrup and stir well.
Stir-fry the mixture until the kimchi is fully cooked.
Turn off the heat and drizzle 2 tbsp of sesame oil generously.
Sprinkle 1 tbsp of sesame seeds on top before serving.
