INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🍄 3 shiitake mushrooms
- 🧅 1 green onion
Oil
- 1 tsp olive oil
Marinade
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
PASSOS
Cut the shiitake mushrooms into quarters and slice the green onion into 4 cm pieces.
Mix the marinade ingredients (salt, vinegar, soy sauce) in a bowl.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the shiitake mushrooms and green onion over medium heat for about 3 minutes until browned.
Add the sautéed vegetables to the marinade and let them cool to room temperature.
