    • 200g shijimi clams (pre-purged)
  • Seasoning

    • 2 tbsp miso
    • 💧 700cc water
    • 🧈 20g salted butter
    • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • Garnish

    • 🧅 4 tbsp chopped green onion

Wash the shijimi clams thoroughly by rubbing the shells together under plenty of water, then drain.

In a frying pan, add the shijimi clams and water, then heat over medium heat until the clams open.
