INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 🥔 1 medium potato, thinly sliced
Meat
- 🥓 2 slices bacon, cut into 1 cm strips
Seasoning
- 🍶 1 tsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
Dairy
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Garnish
- 🧅 Chopped green onions, as needed
PASSOS
Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them by hand. Thinly slice the potato and soak briefly in water, then drain.
Cut the bacon into 1 cm wide strips.
Place aluminum foil on a baking tray. Layer the potato slices, shimeji mushrooms, and bacon in order.
Drizzle sake, soy sauce, and sprinkle salt and pepper over the ingredients. Place the butter on top and wrap the foil tightly.
Bake in a toaster oven for about 5 minutes or until the potato is cooked through. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
