INGREDIENTES
Bread
- 🥖 1/2 baguette
Seafood
- 50g dried shirasu
Vegetables
- 🍄 4 mushrooms, sliced
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 30g pizza cheese
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
PASSOS
Mix olive oil, grated garlic, and salt and pepper in a bowl.
Slice mushrooms thinly and cut baguette into 1cm diagonal slices.
Combine mushrooms, dried shirasu, and pizza cheese in another bowl.
Top each baguette slice with the mixture from step 3 and drizzle with the garlic oil from step 1.
Place the slices on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil and bake in a toaster oven for 5–7 minutes until lightly browned.
Sprinkle chopped green onion over the baked baguette slices.
