INGREDIENTES
Grains
- 🍚 2 cups soaked rice
Seafood
- 80g boiled shirasu
- 40g salted wakame
Other
- 1 piece aburaage
- 💧 Water as needed
- 🧈 20g salted butter
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
PASSOS
Lightly wipe off the oil from the aburaage using a paper towel.
Rinse the salt off the wakame.
Soak the wakame in fresh water for about 2 minutes, drain, and cut into small pieces using scissors.
Add the soaked rice, seasonings (☆), and water to the 2-cup line in the rice cooker. Mix well.
Cut the aburaage into 1cm strips using scissors and add to the rice cooker. Spread evenly and cook as usual.
Once cooked, add shirasu, wakame, and butter to the rice. Mix thoroughly and serve.
