- 🍞 2 slices of bread (6-slice thickness)
Seafood
- 30g dried shirasu
Herbs
- 2 shiso leaves, thinly sliced
Dairy
- 🧈 20g unsalted butter
- 🧀 40g pizza cheese
Spices
- Shichimi togarashi to taste
PASSOS
Thinly slice the shiso leaves.
Spread butter evenly on each slice of bread and place them on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil. Layer dried shirasu, shiso leaves, and pizza cheese in order.
Toast in a toaster oven for 7–8 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown.
Serve on a plate and garnish with shichimi togarashi.
