INGREDIENTES
Main
- 300g firm tofu
- 100g hanpen fish cake
- 50g dried shirasu
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- 1/2 tbsp potato starch
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Topping
- 200g grated daikon
- 4 shiso leaves
- Dash of soy sauce
PASSOS
Wrap tofu in kitchen paper and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes to remove excess water. Grate daikon and drain excess liquid.
In a bowl, crumble hanpen and tofu together. Add shirasu, beaten egg, potato starch, sake, and salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly and divide into 4 portions.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan. Shape each portion into an oval patty and place in the pan. Cook over medium heat for 2 minutes until browned, then flip, cover, and cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes until cooked through.
Serve patties on a plate, top with shiso leaves and grated daikon, and drizzle with soy sauce.
