INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🍚 100g cooked rice
- 1 pack shirataki noodles (pre-boiled)
- 🐖 50g ground pork
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧅 2 stalks chopped green onion
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- A pinch of black pepper
PASSOS
Drain and finely chop the shirataki noodles.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Add ground pork and stir-fry until browned.
Push the pork to one side of the pan and add the beaten egg. Scramble until just set.
Add the chopped shirataki and cooked rice to the pan. Stir-fry to combine.
Season with salt, chicken stock powder, grated ginger, and black pepper. Stir well.
Add the chopped green onion and stir-fry for another minute.
Serve hot and enjoy your low-carb shirataki fried rice.
