INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 150g minced pork
Vegetables
- 1 piece minced ginger
- 10 shiso leaves
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp potato starch
PASSOS
Mince the ginger finely.
In a bowl, mix minced pork, ginger, and all seasoning ingredients until the mixture becomes sticky.
Place shiso leaves with the underside facing up, sprinkle potato starch lightly, and add 1/10 of the meat mixture on each leaf. Fold the leaf in half to cover the filling. Repeat for all 10 leaves.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Arrange the shiso dumplings in the pan and cook until browned. Flip them, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for about 3 minutes until the meat is fully cooked.
