    • 80cc concentrated soy sauce soup base
    • 💧 500cc water
  • Tempura Ingredients

    • 1/2 burdock root
    • 2 tbsp cornstarch
    • 🦐 120g peeled shrimp
    • 1 bunch mitsuba
    • As needed vegetable oil
  • Tempura Batter

    • 100g all-purpose flour
    • 🥚 1 egg
    • 💧 150cc cold water

Peel burdock root with a peeler, soak in water, and drain. Cut mitsuba into thirds and pat shrimp dry.
