INGREDIENTES
Noodles
- 🍜 2 packs steamed Chinese noodles
Seafood
- 🦐 100g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 🥬 2 leaves Chinese cabbage (160g)
- 1 piece minced ginger
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 💧 200cc water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
PASSOS
Remove the shrimp's vein, rinse with water, and pat dry. Mix with sake, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Separate the cabbage leaves and stems. Slice stems diagonally and chop leaves into bite-sized pieces. Mince the ginger and mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Heat 2 tbsp salad oil in a pan, spread the noodles, and press down with a spatula. Cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes until crispy on both sides, then remove.
In the same pan, heat 1/2 tbsp salad oil and ginger on low heat until fragrant. Add shrimp and stir-fry on medium heat until color changes.
Add cabbage and stir-fry briefly. Lower the heat, mix the sauce again, and pour it in. Stir constantly until thickened.
Turn off the heat and drizzle sesame oil. Serve noodles on a plate and pour the cabbage and shrimp sauce over.
