INGREDIENTES
Pasta
- 🍝 200g spaghetti
Seafood
- 🍤 100g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 🌱 40g frozen peeled edamame
Dairy
- 🥛 300ml milk
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 🧀 Grated cheese to taste
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Flour
- 1 1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour
Garnish
- 🌿 Chopped parsley to taste
PASSOS
Wash the peeled shrimp with water and pat dry using paper towels.
Boil water in a pot, add salt (not listed in ingredients) and cook spaghetti 1 minute less than the package instructions. Drain the water.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add shrimp, and cook until the color changes. Remove the shrimp.
Add butter to the same pan and melt over medium-low heat. Add flour and stir until no longer powdery. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly, and cook on low heat until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
Add spaghetti, cooked shrimp, and edamame to the sauce. Stir to combine and heat through.
Plate the pasta and sprinkle with grated cheese and chopped parsley.
