INGREDIENTES
Pastry
- 2 sheets frozen puff pastry (10cm x 18cm)
Seafood
- 🦐 6 peeled shrimp (120g)
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion, chopped
- 🍄 3 mushrooms, chopped
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper for seasoning
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
Dairy
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 🥛 80ml milk
- 🧀 2 tbsp grated cheese
Other
- 1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 🥚 1/2 beaten egg
PASSOS
Clean the shrimp, remove veins, and pat dry. Season with salt, pepper, and cooking wine in a bowl.
Chop the onion and mushrooms into small pieces.
Heat butter in a pan, sauté onion and mushrooms until softened, then add shrimp and cook until shrimp turns white.
Add flour to the pan and stir until no longer powdery. Gradually add milk while stirring, then mix in grated cheese and season with salt and pepper. Cook until thickened and let cool.
Roll out puff pastry sheets on a floured surface, cut each into thirds, and prick holes with a fork.
Place the cooled filling onto the pastry, ensuring one shrimp per piece. Fold the pastry and seal edges with a fork.
Place pies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make small cuts on the pastry tops and brush with beaten egg. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 minutes.
