    • 1 tsp sugar
    • 2 tsp sake
    • 2 tsp soy sauce
    • 60cc water
    • 1 tsp chicken stock powder
    • 2.5 tbsp ketchup
    • Pinch of garlic paste
    • Pinch of ginger paste
    • 1 tsp cornstarch

Remove the vein from the peeled shrimp. Season with sake, salt, and pepper, then massage. Coat with cornstarch.
