INGREDIENTES
Rice
- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) cooked rice
Seafood
- 🍤 80g peeled shrimp
Egg
- 🥚 1 egg
Vegetables
- 🧅 10cm (30g) chopped green onion
- 🧄 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 slice minced ginger
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Spices
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 🍬 1/3 tsp sugar
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
PASSOS
Chop green onion and ginger finely. Cut garlic in half, remove the core, and mince.
In a bowl, mix peeled shrimp with sake, salt, and cornstarch. Massage to coat.
In a separate bowl, beat the egg and mix it with the cooked rice until well combined.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic, ginger, and green onion, and stir-fry until fragrant. Add doubanjiang and stir-fry until aromatic.
Add the shrimp mixture to the pan and stir-fry until cooked through. Mix in ketchup, sugar, chicken stock powder, and salt.
Add the rice mixture to the pan and stir-fry until the rice is fluffy and well combined with the sauce.
