INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 30g glass noodles
- 🦐 8 headless shrimp with shells
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
Seasoning
- 2 tsp sake
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1.5 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 💧 100ml water
PASSOS
Thinly slice the onion and soak in water to remove bitterness, then drain. Chop the cilantro into 3cm pieces.
Cut the glass noodles in half using kitchen scissors.
Peel the shrimp, make a cut along the back, and remove the vein.
Lightly rinse the shrimp, pat dry, and season with sake and salt.
In a large microwave-safe bowl, mix all the ☆ seasonings together.
Add the glass noodles and shrimp to the bowl, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes.
While still warm, mix in the onion. Once cooled, add the cilantro and mix well.
