INGREDIENTES
Seafood
- 🍤 6 peeled shrimp (90g)
Condiments
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- A dash of pepper
Dry Ingredients
- Sufficient amount of panko

- 3 tbsp salad oil
PASSOS
Mix peeled shrimp and sake in a bowl, let sit for 5 minutes, then pat dry with kitchen paper.
Place shrimp, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper in a plastic bag and massage to mix.
Add panko to a tray, then coat the seasoned shrimp with panko.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat, place shrimp in the pan, and cook for about 1 minute until golden brown. Flip and cook for another 30 seconds to 1 minute.
