INGREDIENTES
General
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 12 green beans
- 60g vermicelli
- 🧄 1/2 clove minced garlic
- 1/2 piece minced ginger
Shrimp Meatballs
- 🍤 300g peeled shrimp
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tbsp sake
Broth
- 💧 3 cups water
- 1 1/3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/3 tsp sugar
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock granules
Thickening Mixture
- 1 tsp potato starch
- 💧 2 tsp water
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sake
PASSOS
Mix shrimp, grated ginger, potato starch, salt, pepper, and sake to form meatball mixture.
Shape the mixture into small meatballs and pan-fry them in sesame oil until golden brown.
Prepare the broth by combining water, soy sauce, sugar, and chicken stock granules in a pot. Bring to a boil.
Add the meatballs, green beans, and vermicelli to the boiling broth. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Mix the thickening mixture ingredients and slowly add to the pot while stirring. Cook until the broth thickens.
