INGREDIENTES
Main
- 🦐 200g shrimp, deveined and chopped
- 1 pack hanpen (fish cake)
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧅 15cm green onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 💧 100cc water
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp mirin
- 🧂 Pinch of salt

PASSOS
Devein and chop the shrimp into small pieces. Finely chop the green onion.
In a bowl, mix hanpen, egg, shrimp, potato starch, chopped green onion, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Form the mixture into small balls.
Heat 1 tbsp of salad oil in a frying pan. Place the shrimp balls in the pan and cook over medium heat until golden brown on one side. Flip and cook the other side, then cover with a lid and steam for 5 minutes.
While the shrimp balls are steaming, prepare the sauce. Combine all sauce ingredients in a microwave-safe container and mix well. Heat in the microwave at 600W for 30 seconds at a time, stirring after each interval, for a total of 2 minutes.
Plate the cooked shrimp balls and drizzle the sauce over them. Serve immediately.
