INGREDIENTES
Seafood
- 🦐 6 headless shrimp (120g)
Vegetables
- 🌱 2 asparagus stalks (40g)
- 🥬 2 lettuce leaves
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
Protein
- 1/2 block fried tofu (100g)
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧈 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
PASSOS
Prepare the shrimp by removing shells and cleaning. Coat with cornstarch.
Cut the tofu, asparagus, lettuce, and bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Stir-fry shrimp until pink and cooked through.
Add tofu and vegetables to the pan. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender but still crisp.
Mix sake, sugar, mayonnaise, and doubanjiang to create the sauce. Pour over the stir-fry and mix well.
Serve hot with lettuce leaves as garnish.
