INGREDIENTES
Shrimp
- 🍤 4 shrimp with shells
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- Vegetable oil as needed
Soba Noodles
- 2 bundles dried soba noodles
- 60cc concentrated noodle sauce
- 💧 500cc water
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
Tempura Batter
- 100g all-purpose flour
- 🥚 1 egg
- 💧 150cc cold water
PASSOS
Mix the tempura batter ingredients (flour, egg, and cold water) in a bowl.
Prepare the shrimp by removing shells, deveining, and coating with sake. Cut the tail diagonally, make four slits on the belly side, pat dry, and lightly coat with flour.
Dip the shrimp in tempura batter and fry in 180°C vegetable oil for 2–3 minutes over medium heat.
Boil water and cook soba noodles according to package instructions.
Heat noodle sauce and water in a pot until boiling. Serve noodles in a bowl, pour the sauce, top with shrimp tempura, and garnish with green onions.
