INGREDIENTES
Seafood
- 🍤 6 boiled shrimp
Vegetables
- 4 green leaf lettuce leaves
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes
Dairy
- 🧀 2 slices of cheese
Dressing
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍯 1/2 tbsp honey
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
PASSOS
Tear the green leaf lettuce into small pieces. Divide the broccoli into small florets. Quarter the cherry tomatoes.
Cut the cheese slices into star or heart shapes using cookie cutters.
Boil water in a pot, add a pinch of salt, and cook the broccoli for 2 minutes. Drain and cool in cold water, then pat dry.
Mix the soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt and pepper in a bowl to make the dressing.
Arrange the green leaf lettuce in a wreath shape on a plate. Add the broccoli, shrimp, cherry tomatoes, and cheese on top. Drizzle with the dressing.
