INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 2 pieces chicken breast
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
- 1/2 bell pepper, sliced

Sauce Ingredients
- 3 tbsp chopped green onion
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp minced ginger
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp black vinegar or regular vinegar
- 3 tbsp chili oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A small amount of pepper
PASSOS
Slice the cucumber lengthwise and cut into thin diagonal slices.
Thinly slice the onion and bell pepper.
Microwave the chicken breast until cooked, then shred into bite-sized pieces.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
Combine cucumber, onion, bell pepper, and chicken in a bowl. Gradually add the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
Plate the salad and garnish with crushed peanuts and cilantro.
