INGREDIENTES

- 1/2 bunch chrysanthemum greens
- 🍄 1 pack enoki mushrooms
- 1 piece ginger, julienned
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 100 ml water
PASSOS
Cut chrysanthemum greens into bite-sized pieces. Trim the root of the enoki mushrooms and separate them by hand. Julienne the ginger.
In a pot, combine ginger, mirin, soy sauce, and water. Bring to a boil, then add chrysanthemum greens and enoki mushrooms. Simmer over medium heat until the liquid is reduced.
