INGREDIENTES

- 250g daikon, cut into 7mm slices
Seafood
- 🦐 100g peeled shrimp
Seasoning
- 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi granules
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp grated ginger
Liquid
- 💧 250ml water
Thickener
- 2 tsp potato starch
- 💧 2 tsp water

Cut the daikon into 7mm slices and quarter them into triangular pieces.

Add daikon, dashi granules, salt, grated ginger, and water to a pot. Simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes.

Add peeled shrimp to the pot and simmer briefly until cooked. Stir in the potato starch mixture to thicken the broth.
