INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 150g ground meat
Vegetables
- 300g daikon radish
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 150cc water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp miso
PASSOS
Cut the daikon into 3–4cm wide pieces, peel, and slice into 1cm thick strips.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add ground meat, and stir-fry for about 2 minutes until the meat changes color. Add daikon and stir-fry until coated with oil.
Add water, sake, mirin, and sugar to the pan, mix, and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
Add soy sauce and miso, dissolve and mix well. Increase heat to medium-high and simmer until the liquid reduces.
