INGREDIENTES

- 2 pieces fried tofu (40g)
- 🍄 6 dried shiitake mushrooms
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 100cc shiitake soaking liquid
PASSOS
Soak dried shiitake mushrooms in warm water for 15 minutes. Squeeze out excess water and reserve 100cc of the soaking liquid. Trim the stems and separate the caps and stems. Tear the stems into smaller pieces.
Pat the fried tofu with a paper towel to remove excess oil. Cut each piece into thirds lengthwise, then cut diagonally into halves.
In a pot, combine the seasonings (mirin, sugar, soy sauce, and shiitake soaking liquid). Add the shiitake mushrooms and tofu, stirring to coat them evenly. Heat over medium heat until it comes to a boil, then cover and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it cool with the lid on.
