INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 150g pork liver
Dairy
- 🥛 Enough milk to soak
Vegetables
- 🧄 5 cloves garlic
- 3 slices ginger
- 🧅 5cm thinly sliced green onion
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 💧 50cc water
PASSOS
Cut pork liver into bite-sized pieces and soak in milk for 15–20 minutes to remove odor. Rinse with water and pat dry.
Slice garlic thinly and julienne ginger.
Heat salad oil in a pot, add garlic, ginger, and pork liver. Stir-fry over medium heat until the liver changes color and absorbs the oil.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, soy sauce, sugar, water) to the pot, mix well, cover, and simmer over low heat for 10–15 minutes.
Serve on a plate and garnish with sliced green onion.
